Our Management Board is passionate about development and is committed to set the standards for a young company dedicated to delivering results and value in development. The Board ensures that IRSHAD Consulting is serving its overarching mission to achieve greater economic progress, prosperity and development impact in countries where we work. In line with the company's Charter, the Board sets the direction and pace of the use of resources, business operations, and the executive team.

Managing Director Farhod Khamidov

Farhod Khamidov is a new lead of IRSHAD Consulting since 2024. His career spanning over 20 years in a development and humanitarian context with focus on programme development, strategic planning in the socio-economic sectors. He has a wealth of expertise in conducting evaluations, research and large scale household surveys (like MICS, LSMS, and DHS) and is well-versed in monitoring and evaluation systems, capacity building, information management, data visualization, and effectively using and sharing evidence.

Throughout his career, Farhod has collaborated with government institutions, civil society organizations, private sector and academic institutions at both national and local levels, focusing on evidence-based policy advocacy, situation analysis, and strengthening capacities and systems.

Farhod has been in leadership positions with UNICEF in various counties in Central and South Asia, Asia Pacific, Middle East and European and has partnered with major development agencies such as USAID, CIDA, SIDA, EU, the Asian Development Bank, The World Bank, RCO, UNICEF, UNDP, UN Women, UNFPA, UNHCR, IOM, and various governments to tackle complex challenges. With a rich background in international markets, he offers broad strategic guidance to clients in diverse industries.

His multilingual skills also enhance his effectiveness in different environments; he is a native Tajik speaker and fluent in English, Russian, and Turkish.

Farhod Khamidov

Executive Director Madina Dodojanova

Madina is a senior executive and management professional with more than 18 years of experience in business and consulting firms. Most recently, she has worked as Country Manager in the Louis Berger's representative office in Tajikistan. Madina is experienced in preparation of tender documentation, technical evaluation and procurement activities. She also has a sound track record in technical assistance projects, large infrastructure projects and fundraising from international multilateral institutions. In the last five years, Madina has coordinated an EU-funded Public Finance Management Project which is implemented by Louis Berger in the Republic of Tajikistan. She is a graduate of the Tajik Technical University with the specialization in IT management.
